Please review the information on this page for information and resources to assist with your PCS move, retirement or if you are leaving military service.
At the bottom of the page you will find a Questionnaire.  In order to clear ACS you will need to complete the required form and submit.   Once your information has been processed by the ACS staff you will be cleared in the system and will receive a confirmation email from ACS that you have been cleared.   If you do not receive a conformation email call ACS at 757-878-3638.  Please allow 24 hours for your forms to be processed. Â
If enrolled in EFMP complete the EFMP PCS Coordination Letter at the bottom of the page and submit, you will be contacted by the EFMP Family Support Staff for a warm handout to your gainning location.
