WE ARE HERE TO SUPPORT YOU!

Please review this page for information and resources to assist with your PCS move, retirement, or if you are leaving military service.  

Please fill-out and submit the out-processing questionnaire found at the bottom of the page.  You will receive an email confirming your successful clearance within 1-2 duty days. There is no signature requirement.

If enrolled in EFMP, complete and submit the “EFMP PCS Coordination Letter” also found at the bottom of the page. You will be contacted by the EFMP Family Support Staff for a warm hand-off to your gaining location.

Quick Tips for a Successful PCS

Financial:
Budget – now / in route / arrival
Keep track of your expenses
Pay your bills while in transit and update information with creditors
Watch your LES for pay discrepancies
Remember ACS for 1:1 financial counseling

Employment:
Remember ACS for assistance to include resume writing and job search strategies
Utilize your resources:

Spouse State Re-Licensing and Certification Fees Reimbursement Program

1-3 months of medication

  • Copy of child’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Individual Family Services Plan (IFSP)
  • Copy of EFMP Summary

Out-Processing Questionnaire

Please complete and submit the Questionnaire and the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) PCS Coordination Letter, if enrolled, then review the helpful information on this page. Once your information has been processed by the ACS staff you will be cleared in the system, after which you will receive a confirmation email from ACS that you have been cleared.
