Good day and welcome to Joint Base Langley Eustis – Fort Eustis.  I am Donna Cloy, the Relocation Program Manager and I am here to assist you.  Due to COVID- 19 we are conducting a Virtual Newcomers Orientation instead of a face-to-face orientation.  Please download and review the information on this page, complete the Accountability sheet and Knowledge Check and submit. Once I have this information you will be cleared for the Newcomers Orientation.  Please allow 24 hours for your forms to be processed.  You will receive a confirmation email from the ACS staff that you are cleared.  If you do not receive this email call ACS at 757-878-3638. There is no certificate or signature required.

Virtual Newcomers Orientation Slide Deck

Review each slide. You will verify on the Virtual Newcomers Orientation Accountability sheet that you viewed the slide deck.


Form 7415, EFMP Querying sheet – All Services Members who have a family member with special needs should complete this form.  If that family member is not enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program, information about enrollment will be provided.  For Service Members with enrolled dependents, you will receive a welcome letter from EFMP Family Support at Ft. Eustis providing you with a point of contact for any needs you may have. Download this fillable form and email to Merlin Choice at


Safety Newcomers Brief – Please view the Safety Brief video located at, this is a CAC required site.  If you do not have access to a CAC enabled computer view the Safety Newcomers Slides below.  You will verify on the Virtual Newcomers Orientation Accountability sheet that you viewed either the video or the slide deck.
