Children and Youth must be registered with CYS before they can participate in any CYS program or activity. Parent Central Services (PCS) is the one-stop shop to complete that registration process. Walk-in or appointment based service is available with appointments being highly encouraged. Each registration takes anywhere from 30 – 45 minutes. Once your registration is complete, you can enroll in programs like: Child Development Centers (CDC), Family Child Care (FCC), School Age Care (SAC), Camps, SKIES Unlimited and Youth Sports
In & Out Processing
Provides information to Military members and their Families who are new to the installation. Provides assistance to those Families with school age children when moving to a new location
Parent Liaison Services
Coordinates parent educational opportunities via workshops, materials and links to websites concerning parents and children.
Resources & Referrals
Provides assistance to patrons who need information on off-post child care, and child care availability at other military installations.
Volunteer Services
Provides a centralized point of contact for volunteers within the Child and Youth Program. Recruitment, management, training, and referrals are done through the Outreach Services office.
Babysitting Referral List
Maintains a referral list for parents interested in this child care option
Outreach Care & Supervision
Provides Kids on Site, Parents on Site, and other outreach and supervision functions outside the CYS facility based care
Kid On Site
Offers on-site child care supervision for special group functions in approved sites
VCCUS
Provides a centralized point of contact for volunteers within the Child and Youth Program. Offers training for unit volunteers to provide child care in a group or home setting, enabling units or other groups to hold meetings and/or functions

Once you complete your request, you will receive an email confirmation. When a space becomes available, you will receive an email from Military Child Care inviting you to accept the space. Once accepted, Parent Central will send you instructions on how to proceed with the registration process
