Fort Eustis Flea Market

PAYMENT CAN BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE.

Event Set-Up:

Set-up time is from 7:30am-8:30am 24 September 2021.

Set-Up Rules:

At no time will vehicles be allowed to be driven in the lot after the start of the event. All support vehicles must be moved outside the event area no later than 3:30pm. Please bring appropriate equipment with you to weigh down tents and secure equipment in case of inclement weather. Joint Base Langley-Eustis is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Prohibited Products:

Vendors are prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages or food sales items of any type, unless approval has been granted.

Trash:

All vendors must keep their area clean and safe at all times. At the conclusion of the event, vendors must remove their trash from the event property and dispose of it in the provided dumpsters.

Parking:

All vendors are to park all support vehicles in the designated parking lot.

Electricity:

Electricity will not be provided at this event

Vendor’s Furnished-Property (Only applicable to business vendors):

The vendor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment and services required to meet the terms of this agreement. Vendor’s furnished items shall be provided at the vendor’s expense and will not be reimbursed by 733 FSS. No provisions of this agreement shall be interpreted as a requirement for 733 FSS to bear responsibility for those costs associated with repair or replacement of vendor furnished property for failures or damages that result from an act of God, neither from accidents nor fault of either party hereto. 733 FSS shall not be responsible for vendor negligence.

Required Paperwork/Tasks to Complete:

Vendors must provide the following paperwork to the Special Events Coordinator by 15 September 2021: 1. Vendor Application 2. Monies for payment due at the time application is submitted

By signing, I agree and understand the requirements to be a vendor at the 2021 Fort Eustis Fall Flea Market. As a vendor, I will adhere to all rules and regulations put forth by the 733 FSS Special Event Coordinator.
