Unaccompanied Personnel Housing/Barracks (UPH)
The UPH office is located in room 113 of the Soldier Support
Center. Single Permanent Party Soldiers E1-E5 arriving after
hours please report to the EOC in Building 825 Monroe Ave
for guidance. 757-878-1834. Unaccompanied (Single) Soldiers and “Dual Military” E1-E5 (without dependents and when spouse is assigned more than 50 miles from Fort Eustis), are required to reside in the barracks while assigned to Fort Eustis.
Married and Single Soldiers E6 and above should contact Lodging for reservations. There is NO Geographical Bachelor Housing available at Fort Eustis.
When getting ready to PCS, you can make reservations at General Smalls Inn (hotel lodging on Fort Eustis) for the first 3 to 7 nights.

Military Housing Options
For ON post housing in the Fort Eustis area, you have three local options. The military housing at the local bases are privatized, and with few exceptions (a few older housing units), The cost equals the Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) authorized each month. That payment normally includes rent and all utilities (except cable or internet).

On Post Housing options here – Fort Eustis Family Housing is privatized. Balfour Beatty Communities is responsible for the on post housing.

Langley Air Force Base is about 15 miles from Fort Eustis. The on post housing at Langley AFB is privatized and ran by Hunt. Off Base Housing also available called Bethel Manor

Yorktown Naval Weapons Station
Yorktown Naval Weapons Station is only about 5 miles from Fort Eustis. The on post housing at Yorktown Naval Weapons Station is also privatized and run by a company called Liberty Military Housing.

Fort Eustis Rental Partnership Program (RPP)
Our office has agreements with over 50 apartment complexes in the local JBLE area. through the Rental Partnership Program (RPP). Active duty military receive a special military rate and do not have to pay a security deposit or application fee. We usually recommend that you physically view 3 or 4 apartment complexes during the day and evening BEFORE you commit to any apartment. This program applies to permanent party only.
