Rvs, CAMPERS &TRAILERS
Make waves with a boat rental from Outdoor Recreation! Choose from canoes, kayaks, and pontoon-style boats—perfect for fishing, paddling, or relaxing on the water. Get out and explore today!
Storage Space
Outdoor Recreation has storage space for your boat, RV or utility trailers, a paved, gated location with 24/7 access. Starting July 2023 anything under 29′ $50.00 per month; over 30′ $60.00. Call 757.878.2610 for more info.
Rental Policies
Note: $200.00 deposit is required on all RV’s & Campers. Cancellations will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee, cancellations made within 5 days of pick up and Holiday weekends will result in loss of deposit.
RV’s and campers may be reserved up to 6 months in advance. There is a two (2) day minimum rental on RV’s and campers. RV’s and campers do not include any amenities such as pillows, blankets, etc.
Additional fees: Generator fee is $3.00 per hour. Mileage — the first 750 miles are free and .20 cents per mile there after.
Customers must be insured for RV and camper rentals with their insurance policy.
Smoking and pets are not authorized in the RV’s, campers, and pop-ups.
Location is gated with 24/7 access
Equipment must be returned by 0900 on scheduled day of return.
Equipment Pick-up is from 08:30am-4:00pm

Features
Our riverside location makes Fort Eustis a haven for water sport lovers. Whether you are looking to float around Lake Eustis or take on the peninsula’s numerous rivers, our Outdoor Recreation facility has a variety of boating options for you to choose from. Those venturing outside Fort Eustis on a motor driven boat are required to have a State Boater Safety Certificate. Happy boating!

To tow the boats and trailers you will need a 2″ ball with a 4 flat prong for the lights.
Canoes and Kayaks do not have a trailer unless you are taking 6-8 of them

Cabins
Our cozy log cabins offer beautiful lake views with easy, walk-up access just steps away. Designed with comfort in mind, each fully furnished cabin sleeps up to six guests and includes heating, air conditioning, and Cox cable TV. We have five log cabins available, including one that is fully accessible.
Rates & Features
Standard Cabin: $110 per night | 2 night minimum
Pet Friendly Cabin: $135 | 1 cabin available | $50 non-refundable pet cleaning fee
Reservations may be made up to six months in advance with a deposit equal to one night’s stay.

Campsites
Camspites
Stay close to nature at our year-round campsites with full hook-ups, lake access, and nearby trails. The perfect spot for families, solo campers, or weekend adventurers.
Rates & Features
$30 per night
- Outdoor Recreation has 15 camp sites with full hook up. Electricity, water and sewer.
- Camp sites are gravel with easy access to fort Eustis Lake. 1 mile recreational hiking trail, and walking distance to dock and boat ramp access.
- Family Campground is open all year and reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance.
- Dump Station available.
*A $30 deposit is required and non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.

ALL PURPOSE CANOPIES CONTAIN CENTER POLES AND ARE TO BE SET UP ON GRASS ONLY
CEREMONIAL CANOPIES ARE FREE STANDING (WITHOUT CENTER POLES) AND CAN BE SET UP ON ANY SURFACE
Canopies require a $25.00 deposit per canopy, deposit is non-refundable during peak season May-Sept.

Bounce houses
Add extra fun to your event with a bounce house rental from Outdoor Recreation! We offer a variety of sizes—from small for toddlers to large for big kids—perfect for birthdays, festivals, and family gatherings.

Rental Policies
Due to liability issues, the staff will not load equipment onto customers’ vehicles.
A pickup truck or trailer is required for transport. Blowups weigh between 150 and 350lbs and will take 3 to 4 people to set up.
*An additional non-refundable deposit & cleaning fee of $50 is required when making the reservation
horse stables
Experience the joy of horseback riding and equestrian care at our stables. We offer boarding, riding trails, and a welcoming community for horse enthusiasts of all levels.
Horse Stable, Stall and Paddock – $250
Boarders are responsible for all supplies, feeding, turn in/out of their horse, cleaning their stalls, and providing pads or adequate hay/shavings for their stalls. Stalls must be mucked every other day.
Mini Park
Looking for local outdoor fun? Visit the Mini Park! It’s a great spot for families, featuring open green space, picnic areas, go-karts, batting cages, & mini golf—perfect for a quick fun getaway close to home. Available once the summer season begins in May and through September.
The Mini Park Kickoff has been postponed until further notice due to unforseen staffing issues. In addition, the start of regular weekend summer hours will also be postponed.
We appreciate your understanding and will share a new date for the kickoff, as well as updated operating hours, as soon as they are confirmed.
